TEAMBER
Our philosophy

Teamber was built on the desire to create an innovative, intuitive, and powerful project management tool.

Through a societal, pragmatic and collaborative approach, humans – and therefore users – are at the centre of our solution. Teamber’s mindset is oriented towards collective empowerment within your business. We have developed intuitive and accurate software which will allow your employees to increase their efficiency and individual performance for the benefit of the team.

Company history

- 2000/2014: the beginning

Sébastien Perrot, an engineer qualified from the École Centrale Paris, was an associate for an architecture studio for several years. The studio would become the laboratory where he developed his ideas.

- 2008: the lightbulb moment

Thanks to its optimised project management, the studio was ISO 9001 certified. This set the ball in motion: Sébastien Perrot immediately began re-developing his software as a web application and continued to build on it.

- 2014: from idea to creation

Teamber is founded with Sébastien Perrot at its helm as Founder and President. He is granted support and an interest-free loan from a regional finance scheme, the ‘Initiative Haute-Garonne’. Developments start on the software and new features are added to expand what the solution has to offer.

- 2016: marketing

Stéphane Zanon joins Teamber as Sales Director and starts marketing the software. The industries covered by the application are expanded to the engineering, consulting and property development sectors.

- 2018: progress

Teamber becomes the number one French collaborative software package for project and business management in web-based technology specialised for construction and architects.

Beginnings

Sébastien Perrot is an engineer qualified from École Centrale Paris and worked at an architecture studio for several years. He also designs bespoke databases and systems applications, always with efficiency and profitability in mind. His talent as an engineer, trainer and manager naturally led him to establish the company and software package, Teamber.

"

My background naturally led me to imagine and develop software which brings together good organisational practices to lead users towards excellent project management.

Marketing

Stéphane Zanon, a manager of several businesses, joined the company in 2016 to drive its commercial development. His talent as a developer, his vision of the business world, and his strengths in service and quality, which he shares with Sébastien, are what led him to define and implement the company’s commercial strategy.

Aside from meeting Sébastien, my career has given me the skills to rise to this challenge. I want to ensure that the transition from deployment to marketing of this incredible tool is a successful one, and so that it can be turned into a long-term, profitable solution for our current and future clients.
